This modular program (up to five days in duration) provides the skills necessary to establish quality in-house training programs with well-trained instructors. Modules focus on needs assessment, the adult learner, instructional design and development, training evaluation, transfer of training, and return-on-investment. The hands-on approach is participant-centered and persistently active.

The experiential workshop format includes role plays, case studies, group discussions, assessment instruments, and lecturettes. Participants learn how to apply active training techniques to any content in any context.

The Instructor's Guide contains everything that the facilitator needs to conduct a train-the-trainer workshop, including overhead masters. Each participant in the workshop needs a Trainer's Handbook. The only way to teach active training is actively: any organization training in-house trainers needs this engaging workshop design.
