Expanded New Edition Features New Chapter Information!

The Third Edition of International Labor and Employment Laws, Volume II covers developments through 2007, with updates into 2008. Because of expansive updates and added information, the new Third Edition of Volume II is now in two volumes - Volume IIA and Volume IIB. These two volumes contain the same chapters as previously in the second edition - chapters on additional economies around the world beyond the major economies included in Volume I - plus a new chapter on Switzerland. I

In the Third Edition, the authors of country chapters have included additional information on extraterritorial application of a country's laws and availability of class action procedures. The extensive bibliography provides sources of additional information on the countries discussed in the individual chapters, including sources on the Internet and addresses of key offices.
