How do I log in?
In order to login to the SHRMStore site you will need an email address and a password.
SHRM members: To login in to the SHRMStore, use the primary email address that is on your SHRM membership account. Use your SHRM member number as your password for the first time you log in to the improved SHRMStore site (launched March 19th, 2007). For security reasons you will be required to confirm your password. We recommend that you continue to use your SHRM member number for your password. Please note, if you became a SHRM member AFTER March 19, 2007, you will need to allow 1-2 business days for your SHRM member login to be activated on the SHRMStore site. You will receive an email from the SHRMStore with your login information. To place an order prior to receiving your SHRMStore member login, call 1-800-444-5006 and select option 1. The SHRMStore customer service center is available 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday – Friday. Non-members: When you make your first purchase, you will need to create a SHRMStore account. The email address and password you use to create your account will be your login each time you want to make a purchase. Non-members do not receive member pricing. To become a SHRM member, call 1-800-283-SHRM (7476).
How do I receive member pricing?
In order to receive member pricing on the SHRMStore, you must have an active SHRM membership and must login to the SHRMStore site. For help logging in, go to the Login Help Page.

What if I forgot my password?
You can retrieve your password by entering your email address and clicking on the link “click here to have your password emailed to you” on the login page and your password will be emailed to you. You must enter the email address you previously used to enter the store in order for this feature to work.
For security reasons, the SHRMStore site requires you to log in again with your email address and password.
Can I change my email address or password?
Yes, you can change your email Address and Password. After you log in to the SHRMStore, go to Change Email/Password from My Account page .
Why can’t I log into the store with my new email address? SHRM members: If you changed the primary email address associated with your SHRM membership, you will also need to change your email address in the SHRMStore. Log into the store using your previous email address and select My Account to change your email address. We recommend that you make your SHRMStore email the same as your primary email address on your SHRM membership and continue to use your member number for your password. You do not need to change your password when you change your email address.
Non-members: Login using the email address you used the last time your entered the store and select My Account to change your email address.
