How can I access My Account?

My Account information can be accessed after you have successfully logged into the SHRMStore by clicking on the My Account tab on the top horizontal menu.

 

 

Can I view my order history?

 

Yes. Account information and order history are accessible after you have successfully logged in.  To see your order history, click on the My Account tab and then click on the View My Previous Orders link. This link will display your previous orders placed through the SHRMStore website.

 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of an order go to the My Account tab and click on the View My Previous Orders link. Select the order you want to check and click Enter.

 

How do I receive member pricing?

 

SHRM members: After you have received your login information, please log into the SHRMStore to receive SHRM member pricing.

 

New SHRM members: Please allow 1-2 days for your SHRMStore member account to be created.  You will receive an email from the SHRMStore with your login information.  Your login email address will be the primary email address on your SHRM membership and your password will be your member number.  To place an order prior to receiving your SHRMStore account, call 1-800-444-5006 and select option 1.  You will need to provide your member number to receive member pricing.  The SHRMStore hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday – Friday.
