Do I need an account to make a purchase?

Yes, you need an account to make a purchase from the SHRMStore.  If you are not logged in, the checkout process will take you to the login screen.  Please see the instructions under: How do I login?

I tried to create an account and got a message that my email address already exists.

This message means that you already have a SHRMStore account under email address you entered.  Please click on “click here to have your password emailed to you” and use the password in the email you receive to login and place your order.
