Placing Orders
Can I put items in my shopping cart and come back later?
Yes. If you have “cookies” enabled on your computer and you log in again on the same computer, your items will still be in your cart. Please see SHRMStore's Privacy Statement for more information on “cookies”.
What shipping and other charges are applied to my order?
Shipping charges: SHRMStore charges shipping, handling and insurance based on the order amount. A link to your order history can be found under the My Account tab. Select a specific order to view the details including shipping costs.

$0 to $50 – $5.50
$50.01 to $150 – $7.50
$150.01 to $250 – 5% of the order total
$250.01 and up – 3.5% of the order total
Sales tax: For orders from residents of Georgia, a 7% sales tax is added. Virginia residents add 5%, and Minnesota 6.5%. Canadian customers will pay duties and taxes upon receipt.
Can I place my order by phone or fax instead?

How can I be sure my order was received?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. You may also log in and select My Account to check your order status.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
The SHRMStore does not currently list inventory online. You can contact our fulfillment center at 800-444-5006 to check on the quantity in stock.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do accept international orders. However, additional shipping charges are applied on international orders, including Canada.

How long will it take for me to receive the SHRM member discount after I become a member?
New SHRM members: Please allow 1-2 days for your SHRMStore member account to be created. You will receive an email from the SHRMStore with your login information. Your login email address will be the primary email address on your SHRM membership and your password will be your member number. To place an order prior to receiving your SHRMStore account, call 1-800-444-5006 and select option 1. For International customers, including Canada, dial 1-770-280-4188.
