Shipping/Returns/Canceling Orders
How soon will my order be shipped?
In stock items are typically shipped within 2 business days. The SHRMStore hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday – Friday.
What is SHRMStore's return policy?
Within 15 days of receipt of your order you can return books in unused condition for replacement or refund. Books returned after 15 days will be credited at 50% of their original purchase price. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. Videos must be returned within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Software and audiotapes are not refundable.
Where do I send my return?
SHRMSTORE RETURNS Include a copy of your packing list and/or order confirmation with your reason for making the return.
Can I return a book online?
No, orders cannot be returned online.
Can I return a book that I bought from a SHRM conference?
All sales at conferences can only be returned before the conference ends. After the conference ends, all sales are final.
Only standard shipping is available for on-line orders. If you need expedited or next day shipping please place your order by phone or fax. Call 1-800-444-5006 and select option 1. (For International customers, including Canada, dial 1-770-280-4188). You can fax orders to 770-442-9742. The SHRMStore hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday – Friday.
Can I cancel my order?
Within an hour after you placed your online order, please call the SHRMStore fulfillment center at 1-800-444-5006 and select option 1 (international orders call 1-770-280-4188). To cancel an order more than an hour after you placed it, you will need to return the items upon receipt. The SHRMStore hours of operation are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Eastern Time Monday – Friday. |
