About the Author
Peter F. Asaad, Esq., is managing principal of the Washington, D.C.-based law firm, Immigration Solutions Group, PLLC (ISG), and is adjunct law professor at American University, Washington College of Law where he teaches Business Immigration Law. Mr. Asaad also serves as Executive Board Member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), DC Chapter which includes Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Asaad chairs the American Bar Association (ABA) Immigration Litigation Committee and formerly chaired the DC Bar's Immigration and Human Rights Committee.
